Dr. Xiaohe Liu attended the 47th Australia Agriculture and Resource Economics Annual Convention Dr. Xiaohe Liu representing IAE attended the 47th Australia Agriculture and Resource Economics Annual Convention in Fremantle on Feb. 12-14, 2003. The report, The WTO SPS Agreement in Action: Disputes over China’s Exports of Vegetables to Japan, a cooperative outcome from Dr. Liu, Prof. D. MacLaren and Prof. Guixia Xue, won the participants' attention and high appraisal. After the convention, some journals, such as The Australasian Agribusiness Review and the Australasian Agribusiness Perspectives, showed great enthusiasm to publish this report.
