Employed at the Institute of Agricultural Economics, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences since 1996. 1996 April－1997 March: Foreign Researcher, Department of Agriculture, Gifu University, Japan. 2000 Jan.- current: Guest researcher, Tokyo Monostry University.

Research Focus: Animal Husbandry Management, Enterprise Management, Modern Industry Organization Theory, Livestock Product Circulation.
