Function

  As the function sector of IAE, PMDD organizes and manages scientific research and scientech development tasks. It's major function ：assisting IAE directors with scientific research management, scientech development coordination, working out and carry out plans of scientific research and development.

1、working-out year plan of IAE scientific research and development, coordinating, supervising and promoting the implement of research divisions.

  organizing the application of research projects.

2、foreign affair management, application of international collaborative projects.

3、recruit graduates, final examination, thesis report, graduation, etc.

4、application and documentation of scientific outputs.
5、edit  and publish  Annual Report on Economic and Technological Development in Agriculture, and Research Briefing.

6、management and maintenance of IAE network.

7、organize scientific activities, such as workshops, international conferences, intensify connections with related departments.
8、management of IAE library and documentation.
